There is no automatic option to downgrade your plan.
Downgrading the plan is a complicated process because each plan has a different user quota associated with the plan. Additionally, users outside of plan quota are billed in addition to the basic plan rate and it’s impossible to account for additional users outside of plan’s quota automatically when downgrading your plan.
Moreover, depending on the number of additional users that you have in your organisation, it is possible that lower-end plan will actually cost more than a higher-end plan.
To downgrade your plan manually, please follow these steps:
- Purchase a new plan by creating a new organisation, for example Pro.
- Manually migrate the data or projects that you need. Please note that you will have to manually create the projects and import the assets into them. Make sure that you export any required Candidates as Presets and import them into the newly created projects.
- Cancel your higher tier plan. Please note, cancelling a plan removes all of the files from it approximately 5 weeks after the subscription has expired, so before canceling make sure that you have backed up all of your data.
