Here at fylm.ai we understand that our users need flexibility to manage their plans which is why we allow you to customise your billing plan from your account. To access your account, click on your profile in the upper left corner of the app and click on Account.
Every user that belongs to your organisation requires a paid seat. Different plans have different user quotas included with the plan. The price for additional users outside of this quota varies between different plans. A user can belong to unlimited number of projects in your organisation but will be billed as one seat.
To add users to your organisation, go to Invitations section of your account. Enter the email address and role of the users you would like to add to your organisation.
If you have reached the user quota for your plan, adding additional users will present you with the cost for these additional users. Confirm the charge to add more users to your organisation. You will be billed when the user accepts the invitation to join your organisation.
When you add additional users outside of your plan quota, your fylm.ai subscription price will reflect that change on the next billing cycle. If you add users mid-billing period you will pay the prorated amount today and pay the new subscription amount on your next billing period.
Removing a user from your organisation revokes any access the user has had. It also stops the billing for that user on the next billing cycle. Additionally, you will receive a prorated refund for any unused days in the billing period.
You can remove a user from your organisation from the Users section of your account. To remove a user from your organisation, select the user from the Users section of your account and select the Delete User option.
Please note that you cannot remove users that are included with your plan as part of plan’s quota.
Deactivating a user revokes their access to organisation projects. To deactivate a user account select the user from the Users section of your account and then toggle the switch to deactivate the user.
Deactivating a user does not stop the billing for that user. To stop the billing for a user you should remove the user from the organisation.
Upgrading your plan
To upgrade your plan go to the Billing section of your account and select the Change Plan option. When upgrading your plan you will be presented with the cost for upgrading your plan.
If you upgrade your plan mid-billing period you will pay the prorated amount today and pay the new subscription amount on your next billing period.
Once you cancel your subscription you will still be able to use fylm.ai until your subscription has expired at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the current billing cycle. At the end of your current billing cycle, your subscription will be deactivated and all of the projects and files in your account will be deleted. You may reactivate your subscription at any time before the end of your current billing cycle.
