fylm.ai Pro, Team and Enterprise plans offer a variety of features to best suit your colour grading needs. The purpose of this document is to cover the different fylm.ai plans and explain the differences between them.
Pro
Pro plan is best suited for professionals usually working solo or who collaborate with other contributors infrequently. It offers all of the colour grading tools available in fylm.ai and some collaboration capabilities. Main features of the Pro plan are:
- Starts at 1 user. Maximum of 5 users. Users are members of your organisation such as ‘My Studio’. You can share assets from fylm.ai with unlimited number of guests such as clients. Guests do not count toward your users quota.
- 50 GB of cloud storage for your projects.
- Commenting system.
- In-app collaboration capabilities. Other members of your organisation (with appropriate user permissions) can work together to create colour grades.
- Share public links with clients.
Team
Team plan is best suited for small studios, post houses or production companies where several contributors are working together on a project. It offers all of the features available in the Pro plan and advanced collaboration capabilities. Main features of the Team plan are:
- Everything in Pro +
- Starts at 3 users. Maximum of 10 users. Users are members of your organisation such as ‘My Studio’. You can share assets from fylm.ai with unlimited number of guests such as clients. Guests do not count toward your users quota.
- 100 GB of cloud storage for your projects.
- Team-only commenting system. On the Team plan, when you share an asset with client you can choose whether you want the commenting thread to be visible for the client or not.
- Additional user roles.
- Ability to time-expire shared links with clients
- Clients can assign statuses to assets in project
Enterprise
Enterprise plan is best suited for larger organisations where multiple contributors are working together on a project. It offers all of the features available in the Team plan and additional advanced collaboration capabilities at-scale. Main features of the Enterprise plan are:
- Everything in Team +
- Starts at 11 users. No limit on number of users.
- Custom cloud storage quota tailored to organisation needs.
- Multi organisation management. Enterprise plan allows you to create unlimited number of organisations for more granular control of your workflow.
- Organise users in groups
- Dedicated success manager
- External API access (coming soon)
