Private Beta 5 Released

Beta 5 introduces AI Colour Grading which allows you to harness the power of AI deep learning and neural networks to effortlessly extract a colour grade from any image.

We are proud to announce the release of fylm.ai beta 5. Beta 5 is a feature enhancement release and it introduces AI Colour Grading which is now available for wider testing.

AI Colour Grading allows you to seamlessly extract the colour gamut or colour palette from any image. With introduction of AI Colour Grading you can harness the power of AI deep learning and neural networks to effortlessly extract a colour grade.

AI Colour Grading significantly shortens the time required to establish the show look and allows just about anyone to create absolutely amazing colour grades effortlessly.

To get started with AI Colour Grading, first you must save an image as a Match. This is your “palette” image from which you will extract the colour grade. Then, simply select the “AI Colour Extract From…” option from the contextual menu and select your “palette” image.

Colour Match will automatically extract the colour grade of the “palette” image without the white balance information so that you can easily adjust the extracted colour grade to the white point of your current grade. AI Colour Grade will also offer you several different white point compensation looks which can be further adjusted manually.
